- Club Night: Every Friday at 6:00pm (Casual roll-up at 6:15pm). New players welcome!
- League Matches: Ongoing throughout the winter season.
- Social Evenings: Bowls, buffet, and music events organized regularly.
We operate within the Quayside Leisure Centre. Please check their main desk for general building hours.

Data Collection & Usage
- Minimum Data: The club only collects essential information (name, address, email, phone, DOB, and gender) for day-to-day operations.
- Purpose: Data is used solely for "pursuance of bowls activities" and is not shared with outside organizations without exclusive permission.
- Children's Data: For members under 18, information must be handled through parents or guardians, aligning with the Bowls England Safeguarding Bowls Policy.
Data Management & Security
- Storage: Paper forms are scanned and stored digitally by the membership secretary in a password-protected spreadsheet or database.
- Annual Updates: Membership data is collected, updated, or discarded annually during enrolment.
- Deletions: Records for departing members are destroyed promptly.
Member Rights
- Right to Amend/Remove: Members can request to change or delete their data at any time through the club secretary.
- Privacy: Home addresses are never displayed on public notice boards.
- Communication: Email correspondence to multiple members must use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) to protect individual email addresses.
Consent Requirements
- Enrolment: Members must sign a consent statement on their enrolment form acknowledging how their data will be used.
- Website: Specific permission is required before any personal details are displayed on the club's website.
